She couldn’t move. Festiva felt everything in her body freeze all at once as she looked up upon the mass that approached her. Those long claws tore the earth beneath them, those eyes pierced through the darkness and seemed to bare through her very being. Smokey breath slipped out from those large jaws full of thick long teeth; Festiva could almost see the blood hanging from his jaws. The earth beneath her paws twisted from the soft fields to the scorching dried earth of her home. The heat bit at her paw pads, crumbling away with her ridged claws curling with every tremble. Flames swirled around the white furred Atical as her village was reduced to ashes, hearing the screams of her people ring in her dark furred ears. So many bodies littered the blood soaked earth, organs scattered, and limbs splayed in the most gruesome way imaginable. And the Suul felt like she was six all over again. So tiny. So afraid. Since the scavenger hunt was over, Zadkiel had been watching Festiva for some time. He knew the Suul well and he certainly knew how to recognize when she was troubled. For days, the long bodied dragon was in a corner with a bunch of pillows in her arms and not eating a thing. She was merely just dismayed at something that happened beyond his knowledge and it was time the doctor involved himself. The Calixia lumbered over to the white dragon, pressing his cool nose to her cheek. “Festiva, what’s the matter?” The dragonness turned her head away from him, resting her head upon the plush velvet throw pillow. “Nothing.” The wolf rolled his eyes hard before scooting out the blanket she was laying on out a bit so he could sit. “Festiva you’ve been pouting in a corner for two days. I’m old, not blind.” When she didn’t respond, the doctor grunted as he shifted to lay beside her, his darker brown fur mixing with her soft white. “What happened?” There was a moment of silence before the

The OCT is Cancelled

Hello everyone participating and watching this OCT. This title is starling, I know. But there is a reason behind this sudden announcement. This OCT wasn't that planned out from the beginning. Of course, nothing is without flaws but I flew into this blindly and made a not so thought out lore and things like that. My judges were amazing with their characters and all that they have done, but as the auditions went on, we lost two of them due to their personal reasons that I don't fault them for. It was down to three of us struggling to judge and get things going and my beloved partner's tireless efforts that we managed to get Round one somewhat started. But as the months went on, everything went quiet and I thought that it had fizzled out and died. Contestants left without saying anything to me and I was unaware until my partner told me. With all that is happening in this ruined world, I fear I started this at a horrible time. I'm not perfect. I'm not a good host. I know this. And I
